YOUR DELIVERY
Delivery methods and costs
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area.
We ship to over 90 destinations worldwide.
For specific orders, we work with several carriers, chosen according to the characteristics of your order, to deliver in the best conditions (UPS, DHL, Geodis).
You can choose home delivery or pick-up at our showroom (44390 Nort-sur-Erdre, open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).
The following delivery times are given as an indication only and apply from the date of dispatch of the order, i.e. approximately 4 weeks after the order is placed.
France
Delivery times to Metropolitan France are 2 to 4 working days.
We ship by La Poste (recorded delivery), Colissimo or UPS.
Europe
Delivery times to Europe are 4 to 6 working days.
We ship by La Poste Delivengo or Colissimo.
International
Standard home delivery times by Colissimo suivi and Delivengo to international destinations are 7 to 15 working days.
Colissimo deliveries to zone 2 require a signature.
We ship by La Poste Delivengoor Colissimo.
Track your order
On the day your order is dispatched, we send you an email confirming the date of dispatch of your parcel and its tracking number. You can then track the delivery of your parcel by entering this number on the corresponding carrier's website.
Damaged parcel
In the event of damage in transit, a justified protest must be made to the carrier at the time of delivery. The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products leave the Plomeïs premises.
