Terms and conditions of sale

Any order implies unconditional and unreserved acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale in force at the date of the order placed by the Customer.
These general terms and conditions of sale prevail over any other document of the Customer, and in particular over any general terms and conditions of purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by PLOMEÏS. Subject to this reservation, any condition to the contrary opposed by the Customer will therefore be unenforceable against PLOMEÏS.

These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Plomeïs and the purchaser, and the conditions applicable to all purchases made through the merchant site www.plomeis.com, whether the purchaser is a professional or a consumer.

The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale. These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by Plomeïs.

Plomeïs reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the buyer's order.

The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the company's website. These products and services are offered while stocks last. The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.

The prices shown in the catalog are inclusive of VAT in euros, applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of products or services. Plomeïs reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the purchaser. The prices indicated do not include the costs of order processing, transport and delivery, insofar as these take place in the geographical zones specified below.

The online sale of products presented on the site is reserved for buyers anywhere in the world. Any customs duties, other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes that may be payable are not the responsibility of Plomeïs. It is the purchaser's responsibility to check with local authorities about the possibility of importing or using the products or services he/she intends to send, and to ensure that the manufacturer's technical and operating specifications comply with the legislation of the country concerned.

Buyers wishing to purchase a product or service must :

• fill in the identification form with all the contact details requested, or give their customer number if they have one; fill in the online order form with all the references of the products or services chosen;
• validate the order after checking it; make the payment according to the conditions;
• confirm your order and payment.

Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge of them, and waiver of the right to invoke one's own terms and conditions of purchase or any other terms and conditions. All data supplied and the recorded confirmation shall be deemed proof of the transaction. Confirmation shall constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. The seller will send confirmation of the registered order by e-mail.

Buyers, non-professional individuals, have a fourteen-day cooling-off period from delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs. The product must be returned in its original packaging or in packaging suitable for its transport, in a condition that allows it to be sold again (it must not have been used, nor have suffered any deterioration, however slight, and must be in a perfectly clean condition).

The cooling-off period does not apply to personalized products or products made to customer specifications (in accordance with article L.121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code). An order confirmation email and a print order are sent to you by email within 48 working days of your order. You then have 48 hours to validate the elements. In the absence of a return from you, production will start according to the elements initially ordered. No retraction will be possible on these personalized products.

The price is due at the time the order is placed. Payments will be made by credit card, using the secure E-transaction system set up by Sogecommerce so that transmitted information is encrypted by software and no third party can gain knowledge of it during transport on the network. At the purchaser's request, a paper invoice will be issued VAT will be sent to the purchaser.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area. The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products leave the Plomeïs premises. In the event of damage in transit, a justified protest must be made to the carrier at the time of delivery. Product delivery times are given as an indication only.

Enamelled sheet metal products are guaranteed for one year. The warranty does not cover deliberate or involuntary damage caused by impact. All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, stating the date of purchase and the part concerned. All products supplied by the seller are covered by the legal warranty stipulated in articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller, who will take it back, exchange it or reimburse it. All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made within thirty days of delivery by e-mail to contact@plomeis.com or by post to the following address:

The present conditions of online sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Nantes shall have jurisdiction, notwithstanding multiple defendants or the introduction of third parties.
